We, West Wales Property Maintenance guarantee for the period of 20 years from the Treatment Completion Date, that in the event of any new infestation, continuation or revival of attack by wood-boring beetles in any timbers or masonry treated for the prevention or eradication of such attack, or the reappearance of dampness in a wall treated for the control of rising damp and attributable solely to rising damp, will carry out any necessary re-treatment of the area or areas where failure has occurred, free of charge. This guarantee is conditional upon and subject to conditions.
